1. Return Eligibility

Unwashed
Unused
In original condition
With all original tags attached
Returned in original packaging where possible

Items that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a refund or exchange.

Due to the nature of traditional and occasion wear, we strongly encourage customers to review sizing and product details carefully before ordering.

3. Size, Color & Handcrafted Variations

Please note:

Slight color differences may occur due to lighting and screen settings
Minor variations in weave, embroidery, texture, print, or embellishments may occur due to handmade or artisan production
These are considered natural characteristics of authentic Indian garments and not defects

Returns based solely on these handmade variations may not be accepted.
